CONCORD, NC. – July 19, 2023 – Cardinal Logistics Management Corporation, a leading national provider of transportation and logistics solutions, has promoted Will O’Shea to Chief Commercial Officer. O’Shea assumes his new role after having spent three years as Cardinal’s Senior Vice President, playing an instrumental role in growing the company’s last mile delivery capability and client base.

O’Shea started his career during college as a truck driver and operations manager. He held senior leadership roles for XPO Logistics in the last mile division and at Cardinal itself, where he first worked from 2001 to 2005. He has also served as a national sales executive for Ryder and is a graduate of Merrimack College.
