Program Guidelines

• Referral paid to an existing Cardinal employee who referred the candidate that is hired.
• Paid thirty (30) days after the first day the candidate works; provided the new hire performs WITHOUT a preventable accident, injury or Customer Service failure.
• One-time payment that is subject to applicable taxes.
• Referral name MUST be on the original application in Concord.
