Cardinal Segment from World Business Review
Cardinal Logistics Managment is participating in an exciting and high-profile PR opportunity in fall 2004. Cardinal will be featured on an upcoming business television show –World Business Review – in a profile on logistics and transportation providers. World Business Review is a fast-paced, magazine style technology and business television series hosted by General Alexander Haig – former Secretary of State under President Reagan. Cardinal will demonstrate the streamlined logistics and delivery operations for two of their largest and most successful customers, 7-Eleven and Kraftmaid Cabinetry.
World Business Review airs weekly on CNBC (West Coast); Bravo Network (nationwide) and TechTV (East Coast). The segment on “Third-Party Logistics” also will air on United Airlines domestic and international in-flight programming; full stream on-demand video via Yahoo broadcast; and on-campus televisions at major universities nationwide including: Dartmouth, Notre Dame, DePaul, Georgetown, Georgia Tech, University of Florida, New York University and more. Additional channels on DirectTV and Dish Network translate into national television exposure that reaches more than 50 million North American households.
Interviews were shot on location at Cardinal’s Fullerton, CA, CDC featuring Cardinal’s logistics solution in place for 7-Eleven fresh food delivery West Coast operations. Atlanta, GA also was a key site for filming as the Kraftmaid Cabinetry cross-dock operation was filmed in action along with cabinetry being delivered to a customer’s home. Vin McLoughlin, Cardinal Logistics Chairman of the Board was interviewed for this segment.
