Logistics Management Corporation (Cardinal) is serious about
hiring only the best employee drivers and independent contractor
for their fleet team known as “Team Cardinal”.
So serious, in fact, that they are giving away a brand new, “Cardinal” red
2005 Ford F-150 truck, valued at more than $20,000, to one
lucky Cardinal driver who refers qualified drivers to the
company during Cardinal’s “Ford Fantasy Referral
Bonus Program”. The contest kicked off in April and
will culminate on August 1 st with a drawing for the Ford
F-150.
Current Cardinal employee drivers and independent contractors
have enthusiastically embraced the contest, and in the first
month of the program alone, Cardinal entered 33 eligible drivers
and contractors into the pool to win the 2005 Ford vehicle.
With average monthly referrals being 10-12 drivers, the number
of driver referrals more than doubled when the Ford Fantasy
Referral Bonus program was announced, and Cardinal management
couldn’t be more pleased that the incentive program
is generating such interest and excitement.

eligible driver a $10,000 Home Makeover, which was so well
received by our drivers that we decided to raise the stakes
a bit higher this go-round to show our employee drivers and
independent contractors just how valuable they are to us and

Participation in the Ford Fantasy Referral Bonus program
is easy. Any current Cardinal employee driver or independent
contractor who refers another employee driver or independent
contractor during the promotion, who is then hired or contracted
and receives a driver code during the promotion period receives
1) the standard referral bonus payment after the referred
driver receives a driver code; and then, 2) the referring
driver’s name will be entered in a drawing for the $20,000
Ford F-150. All drivers or contractors entered must maintain
a perfect safety record and be “accident and incident
free” from the time the driver or contractor is referred
and coded until the end of the contest period and the drawing
of the grand prize by Cardinal Logistics Management on August
1, 2005.
All Cardinal Employee Drivers and Independent Contractors
are eligible for the referral bonus program, and every referral
made provides an additional chance to win. Drivers are encouraged
to recruit from within their churches, neighborhoods, associations
and social affiliations so that they may share personal experiences
with “Team Cardinal.”

Eligibility for participating in Cardinal’s Ford Fantasy
Referral Bonus Program includes a tenure of at least three
months with the company and an “accident and incident
free” status with Cardinal. Employee Driver and Independent
Contractor requirements can be found on the company’s
web site at www.cardlog.com. Cardinal Logistics Management
will solely determine what “safe operation” is
during the promotional period, which is one of the qualifiers
for entering into the Ford Fantasy Referral Bonus Program.
The Ford F-150, the grand prize in the contest, is considered
taxable income.
