Leading 3PL Receives Award by Top Home Improvement Retailer for 3rd Consecutive Year
Concord, N.C. -- April 7, 2004 -- Lowe’s Companies – the
country’s second largest home improvement retailer - recently
awarded Concord, N.C.-based Cardinal Logistics Managment
(Cardinal) – its coveted ‘Gold Partner Award’ at
the annual Lowe’s Carrier Conference held in Wilkesboro,
N.C.
Cardinal Logistics Management received the distinguished ‘Gold
Partner’ award based on superior service, timely and accurate
invoicing and problem solving abilities. Cardinal delivered the
highest on-time percentage of any Lowe’s transportation carrier
at 99.97 percent for 2003, up from its previously highest rating
of 99.8 percent in 2002. This represents the third consecutive
year Cardinal received this award.

Cardinal operates dedicated fleets from Lowe’s Distribution
Centers in Findlay, OH and North Vernon, IN. Cardinal has worked
with the Lowe’s since 2001. Last year, Cardinal delivered
more than 12,000 loads for Lowe’s providing Distribution
Center – to - Store service.
