Concord, N.C. -- January 8, 2002 -- In efforts to increase their
presence in the nationwide electronic marketplace for professional
drivers, Cardinal Logistics Managment (Cardinal), today
unveiled a new driver-recruiting feature on its current website,
www.cardlog.com
This new recruiting feature allows for a prospective professional
driver to view existing nationwide opportunities with Cardinal
and review requirements for those selected positions. Selections
can be made from the three following options:
- Contract Driver Program
- Employee Driver Program
- Driver/Contractor opportunities listed by state
In addition, the driver-recruiting feature allows an interested
applicant to schedule an interview or submit information directly
to the project or regional recruiting manager for the specific
position of interest.

educate prospective professional drivers on the programs and opportunities

In addition to the driver-recruiting feature, a driver’s
lounge is currently under development. Complete with surveys, safety
information, referral programs, maintenance tips and a wealth of
other information, the driver’s lounge will be an additional
resource for the professional driver along with an alternative
means of communication. Visiting www.cardlog.com and selecting
the Driver/Contractor Opportunities option will access the driver-recruiting
feature as well as the future driver’s lounge.
