Driver of the Month
Cardinal established a “Driver of the Month” program
many years ago to reward drivers monthly for their outstanding
performance on the job. Any company driver who deserves to be recognized
for outstanding job performance above and beyond the call of duty
may be honored and can be nominated another Cardinal associate.

Outstanding Service Award
Cardinal established a monthly “Outstanding Service Award”
program to reward contracted drivers for their outstanding performance
on the job. Any independent contractor who you deem provides
outstanding service to Cardinal and/or its customers and deserves
to be recognized may be nominated. Another Cardinal associate
may nominate drivers for consideration.
