Program Guidelines:
- Referral paid to an existing Cardinal employee/employee Driver who referred the candidate that is hired.
- Paid thirty (30) days after the first day the candidate works; providing the new hire performs WITHOUT a preventable accident, injury or Customer Service failure.
- One-time payment that is subject to applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed at the account with regional manager approval.
- Referral name MUST be on the original application in Concord.
- This program does not apply if claiming bonus under any existing Referral Bonus Giveaway Program(s).
