To say the least, benefits packages are confusing... deductibles,
in-network, out-of-network, generic, preferred, etc. Can't there
be an easier way?
The reason it's confusing is that there is no "one size fits
all" approach. Based on each employee's unique circumstances, each
employee (and their family) will need to utilize the benefit programs
differently. Because of these differences, there are many moving
parts to a benefit plan that covers over 1500 employees spread
out throughout the country.

and take advantage of the items that pertain to you and your family.
Like anything else worth understanding, you'll need to spend

be able to take full advantage of YOUR benefits, have some peace
of mind about doing all you can for your family, and save yourself
